The mission:
Work towards the goal of helping believers mature in their faith by creating a distraction
free environment for worship and teaching.
Use relevant tools to tell everyone the message of Jesus and at the same time empower
the body of Christ with the tools to serve.
Be a servant of God, committing myself to God’s control and with Holy Spirit leading, do
good for the Kingdom of Christ
This team is responsible for mixing and operating the sound for all weekend events.
Audio Engineer
Audio Engineer is in charge of mixing front of house and is assisted by the Tech
o Schedule: 7:45am Sunday until equipment is powered off after service.
Audio Technician
The audio technician position is a training position. The audio tech is responsible for
keeping the stage clean, changing batteries and assisting the Engineer.
o Schedule: 7:45am until service starts at 10am.
This team designs, builds, programs, and operates stage lighting for worship
services and other events.
Lighting Designer
The lighting designer works with the Producer, Creative Team, Video Team and other
Worship Team members as necessary to create lighting “looks” that complement and
enhance events on stage. He is also responsible for pre-production programming and
live operation of the lighting control board during these events.
o Schedule: Unscheduled programming during the week
Lighting Operator
The lighting operator is responsible for the Sunday morning lighting responsibilities
such as powering equipment on before the service, running the lighting schedule for
the morning and powering the equipment off after the service.
o Schedule: 8am until equipment is powered off after the service
This team operates the imac that runs ProPresenter to display lyrics, graphics, lower-thirds, and videos.
ProPresenter
The person running pro is in charge of running lyrics for the worship
portion of the service, triggering any video playback, and displaying any sermon
notes for the weekend.
o Schedule: 8am until equipment is powered off after the service
Director: This team assist the production team by focusing on the big picture, including
keeping time, calling cues, and assisting where needed.. This person is the quarterback of
front of house. Their job is to ensure that everything is running as it should, they are the
keeper of the time and the one to make sure things happen as planned.
Video Talent
The talent is the “on-air” portion of the video announcement team. This person
represents the church on Sunday mornings and has the responsibilty of being
prepared both mentally and spiritually to bring the exciting news of what God is
doing through Church at Red River in an exciting and articulate manner.
Video Director
The director is responsible for lighting, audio and video aspects of the video shoot.
This position coordinates with the on-air talent to schedule and shoot the VA with
enough lead time for editing.
Video Editor
The editor is responsible for packaging Sunday’s video announcement with clean
editing, creative music and helpful graphics. The final video should be prepared in a
NTSC mp4 format, between 1:30 and 2:30 in length.
